Booking Policy

Please read and agree to our booking policy before proceeding. This ensures a smooth, professional experience for everyone.

Scheduling & Arrival

  • Appointments are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
  • Our technician will arrive within a 30-minute window of your scheduled time.
  • Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and unlocked at the scheduled time.
  • Same-day bookings are not available — minimum 24-hour advance notice required.

Service Location

  • We are a mobile service — we come directly to your home, office, or any location you specify.
  • The service address must be within our active service areas: GTA, Vancouver, or Saskatoon.
  • Ensure there is adequate space (at least 10 ft on each side) for our technician to work safely.
  • Indoor parking garages are acceptable for most services — please confirm at booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
  • Rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance — call 437-219-1971.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
  • We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit/debit cards.
  • Estimated prices shown during booking are subject to change based on vehicle condition.
  • Promo codes must be applied at the time of booking — they cannot be applied retroactively.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, or paint defects.
  • Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before the appointment.
  • Heavily soiled vehicles may require additional time and cost — our technician will advise on-site.
  • OB's Auto Services carries full liability insurance for all services performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.
  • Re-do requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction — we stand behind every job we do.
